so, I've been anjoying mods like the ww1 and 2 mods for EW4 and the Enlightenment mod, but this got me wondering. Is there a mod set in the mid 19th century? Wars like the German and Italian unification wra, the American Civil War, or the crimean war. And if theze do not exist yet, would someone be willing to try and make one?

Dobeln, Rise of Nationalism (placed between 1815-1900, including the 1848 Revolution) is a work in progress by belilakonja. Also, I think there are a few more projects on this time period, such as Post Revolution mod.

There is the Post-Revolution mod, but it has a glitch where it replaces the Enlightenment mod, so you may need to install it on a separate device
