I dont know what to save my medals for so i need little bit help. (Sry for bad english, im from finland.) I am HQ level 17, i got 3 eye covered guys with no upgrades and then i got Meyer, Chung. I have 1220 medals. so what should i do? Get like good infantry or Navy General. Or should i save from guy like Rommel or Vatutin?

Sell Chung and get Badoglio, he is the second best artillery guy in the game. Keep Meyer he is worth the place.

Yeah Badoglio is good. After him, you can either save for Guderian ( He is way better than Rommel ) or just buy Vatutin

My give you 3 choices; Badoglio, Vatutin, and Guderian.
#1 Badoglio
As @khuram mentions earlier, he is a super good artillery general and you can buy him right away.
#2 Vatutin
If you want tank general more than artillery one then it's him, Vatutin. You need to save up a bit more but he is worth the price.
#3 Guderian
If you are patient enough to go a long way the way with your current general, then Guderian. He is the best tank general.
As for myself, I did #3. But for most people, I would recommend #1 because artillery general is usually more useful than tank general in campaigns and conquests since they tend to survive longer (at least before you have super tank). For Rommel, you can keep him for later. He is good but Guderian is better and I prefer Patton to him.

I personally choose Badoglio, as everyone says above, then Chung can be sold. Another choice is to sell both of Meyer&Chung for Govorov/Vatutin.

I just wanted to add Mannerheim welcome to our community,post as often as you want,we have had several posters in the past using google translate to communicate and that works fine. Anyways,back on topic: I much prefer a good artillery leader when starting the game like Badoglio from the Turin academy or Gorovov from the Moscow and only later on get tank generals. The reason for this is that at the start you only have a couple generals and so they will do all of the main fighting and artillery don't loose health as quickly as tanks since they mostly don't get retaliated. |
