Sell List, Weichs and Sokolovsky.
#1. Get Govorov/Vatutin immediately after these three are sold.
#2. Use them to save about 1000 medals first, then sell them for Guderian.

Get Göring you can dismiss Greim as soon as you got Göring I'd say keep all of them but maybe Isakov (if you didn't upgrade him, if you did, keep him). Next I'd say start with promoting your eye covered generals and make Govorov a high rank too and definitely make one of them an artillery general with high movement. Make another one of them a tank general. And the last one either another artillery general (you'll need alot of them when fighting against aliens) or a navy/air general. But if you want to do latter then just buy Yamamoto.

Well I cannot make that, so I plan to make a team with Guderian, Patton, Govorov, Vasilevsky, Goring, Yamamoto, 2 arty cmdr and a tank cmdr(yes, I'm selling Rommel, Bai and Badoglio).

This dude is either a farm legend or payed RL money. Concluding from the time I think he's good farmer.

Answering the guest, I would say sell some of the weak generals and buy strong ones to fill the 6 slots. Based on your line-up, I suggest Patton, Rommel, or Goering (or whoever you like). Once you have all the main 6 generals, then promote them. Anyway, according to the year and HQ level, this set of generals is definitely not required real money. I'd say he's a farm master. You probably do not want to know which year I am in.
