Here is short guide

Recorces:
unlock apk (Found Here)
Apk editor (PRO is recommended)

Steps:
1. Open Apk editor
2. choose Edit file
3. Go to downloads.
4. Select The Apk and choose FULL EDIT
5. Go to Json file
6. Open ScenarioSettings.json
7. You will see this:

8. There is 5 digits numbers
Look at 4, 5 and 6

The numbers are the stage ID
for example:
10111 Is conquer europe
10211 is Battle of Berlin

I Edit One of these IDs in the json to
10101,10201

Dont edit the commna or brackets

9. Save and exit The json
10. Select the build you will soon see the apk completed
Final step:
Install the apk

I found a better way! Instead of putting the same requirements on all scenarios, try to cjange it a bit.

For example, I made WW2 pacific unlockable if the player beats Europe Axis 1 & Allies 1. CW is unlocked at Europe Axis 2 & Allies 2, etc. That is an easy way to unlock everything. The easiest is to unlock them gradually in the tutorials

How? It crashed on me. (Basically, only Modern Warfare was unlocked, but when I changed the unlock requirements for CW and Pacific and when I met these reqyirements the game crashed).
