Is there a need to have a pure infantry general (Rundstedt -40% or Yamashita) if I already have Konev with level 3 Raider and Zhukov?

The only need for infantry general I remember would be daily infantry invasions. In normal combat infantry generals are inferior to artillery and tank generals.
Zhukov lacks any infantry skills so I am not sure if he will be able to do high medal infantry invasions. Konev with high lvl raider and perhaps rumor should be able to clear high lvl infantry invasions.

Konev is fine yamashita on a quad motor inf can not even take out a super tank 1v1 easily.

Most of the times he is able to clear the Invasion missions, only when facing a pure infantry general with a high rank (like Rundstedt with General or Marshall rank) in a 18 medal invasion he appears to be somewhat of a weak opponent. In those situations, the thing that saves the day is my maxed Infantry tech tree. |
