Hello, I'm a beginner in making a World Conqueror 3 mod, I need help in making an alternate universe version of Manila where it's independent from the US. But I'm using my phone for modification.
I need the hex codes and basic guiding on how to make all of Luzon (the island where Manila is located) independent from the US. Like making a new country out of it.
I've tried searching the forums looking for answers to find the coordinates to modify the land. But I've found one and I don't know how it actually works.
First you subtract 10c from the first four digits of the city (ex. Manila = 770f) and in the end I got 17AB. I typed it in my hex search and I got nothing, is there something that I'm doing wrong? Please tell me.

From my understanding, you need to find coordinates of the city in hex map section, then change hex number of a country that owns it,how to find precise coordinates is something i m still tryin to figure out,i found one for city Beirut by finding french hex code next to jordans hex code,it was easy cause that was the only french hex spot nearby, which isnt as easy when they own more than one spot in the area,as for Philippines, look for hex codes of US and open water FF near filipino hex code in map section and change US codes to filipino,it might help you out..
