That video was made by some dude in youtube,it's Russian (no worries we have Russiaball that can translate for us if needed yay!) but no matter, you can still see the process.
Note Nelson on the left is the general that will be kept and made stronger while the general on the right disapear (goes back to store pool)
Regrouping in EW4 is simply a way to permanantly sacrifice one general to make another one stronger.
The surviving general gets rank and nobility from the other and an extra star in a specific field (up to the max of 5) if the other general was also a "trainer".
You can also regroup onto princess and make her stronger but if you use a princess to make another target stronger she will permanently disapear,so make sure you no longer need her if you want to go that route.
Beginers should avoid regrouping at 1st untill they have several generals.
