I am trying to regroup Diez into my generals, but after regrouping him just once into Sophia (4 stars movement now) I have been unable to get him in store again. Through refresh grinding I have refreshed 50+ times to no avail. Will I see him ever again, or is their some glitch that stops me from buying him again? Thank you!

There's over 100 gens in the academy, it's probably RNG that dislikes you. |
