Alright folks, it's been a few days, but I have not figured out how to give a certain spot to a country. I've searched the entire board, but haven't found anything.
So I want to try an example: In 1939 Conquest, Give Nanking and Peking to Japan. Can someone teach me those first? Also, it's best if you do it detailed, step by step, and explained (so I can understand much better).
Please help me. Thanks in advance.
PS I will occasionally "bump" this thread, because I really need help.

Erebus It's fine if you have language limitations. This community is international, so many different ethnicities and languages. Thank you for showing me, but I'm not modding on World Conqueror 4. I'm modding on World Conqueror 3. Could you show me there?

Ok, first you measure the circumference of the world by tiles. Then you put that number into the box that indicates how many pairs of number in a row. After that, you scroll down and you should see a map of the world, with each nation represented by numbers organized in the shape of the nations. Just change those numbers that correspond to the location on the map. Boom, now you know how to mod maps.
