My HQ is now full; I have Dumouriez, Sophia, Fatimah & last night I got Kate. I'm short on reading time atm so was hoping you guys can give me some direction on what/who to get next please?
I have c800 medals, 126 stars, a cuirass & a bearskin hat. In the achievement tab I have 114/420 stars, 4,237 stripes, 12,148 crowns, 450 yrs Europe, 600 years America and 50 years Asia (although I may be able to bump this one up by loading & finishing the US conquest again?).
Progress-wise I'm at Liberation of Rhine in Coalition, Retreat of Empire in Imperial Eagle and have done the 3 earliest conquests.
I hope that's all the relevant info, and pardon my terminology!

Does Fatimah possess 5* Trade? If yes, you should try to use her to get 1 military camp, war horse & snare drum each at maximum discount. You can regroup him into any other general to add up a star in the same type of skill he had in the name. Ex. (aside from killing enemies of course) 2) Can you swap princesses in and out, or is it that once they're in the team you have to keep or regroup them? |

Once you employ them in your army, you can only keep the princess or regroup her & never see her again. |

My team is the four listed in the OP and I now have Maria as well, should I be regrouping someone?
Dumouriez would be the obvious candidate as he's replaceable, but there doesn't seem any point putting him into Sophia or Kate as neither are cav so that leaves Fatima.
However, as Fatima isn't going to make the final grade that seems a bit wasteful to me and perhaps I'd be better off regrouping Fatima into someone else.
What do you guys reckon?
Current status is Europe 750, US 600, Asia 250, R&N levels 40, HRE Invasion of Peninsula.

First you made a mistake by getting Kate out this early, you need kate in the American Campaign. Fatimah should help you get Lan/Victoria (I think you already Isabella), than just regroup her to others. You should kate. Get Lan, regroup Dumonriez, Max Sophia, Max Isabella,then use Victoria or Golitsin as your fourth general.

And what do you mean by "You should kate"? Dude, anyone is preferable to Maria. She's just not that good. Fatimah, on the other hand, has the benefit of just pure economic prowess. Makes getting other princesses easier, given the resource limitations, with them. Maria, on the other hand, is just completely unfocused, and Sakurako does a better job with being a hybrid. Although, Kate isn't the worst pick early on, so don't feel too bad. Just expect a slightly more up-hill battle. I find that she can decently double as an arty general. EDIT: Oh, and I think Iron Duke meant to put a comma, rather than a period, after "You should (get) Kate." Or at least something similar. |

Max out everything, then get Victoria as clean up general instead of golytsin. Victoria is good hybrid between navy and army
