Cloud save, just like GoG2, didn't really expect this.
City health is now visible
You can build stables/factories etc anywhere on your territory
Cards, I guess they work the same way as in GoG2
Events, like in EW5, this one doesn't seem random though.
It seems like you can influence any country which is simply awesome.
I don't know how it works, but I guess you can send in recourses to any country which fills the bar and eventually makes them green.
Multiplayer is via either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
