Hi all
I play this game on my mobile. With conquest Italy I can't build the supersub since all harbors/ports are level 1 or 2, there is only 1 harbor/port level 3 (US) but even that one can only build carriers.
How do you upgrade harbors/ports? |

How do you upgrade harbors/ports? You cannot upgrade harbours, you can only use existing ones under your control. (Unless you modify the game ofc. Please refer this question to the Gaming Mods board, I think the members there can help) |

How do you upgrade harbors/ports? you can find 4 lvl ports at 1950 conquest but italy is not avaible at 1950 😔 |
