Something like Empire mode in EW5 and challenges missions in WC4

I would say that the challenge menu is like domination mode in WC4

Any ideas what the challenge tab in the starter menu is? The challenge tab contains a few more small "campaigns" and tasks. There are four "campaigns" which add a new general to the store and give a total of 50% discount (after completing all 6 campaigns), completing the first of the missions adds the general to the store and a discount of +10% will be added to that general for every mission you complete there. The four generals are: Hood (Nav), Lannes (Inf), John (Art) and Bagration (Cav). Then there are also 2 more "campaigns" with special objectives you need to fulfil in order to complete the mission. In the first mission of the French Revolutionary War, you need to capture 1 key point, destroy another and have deployed no more then 1 general. For every objective you have completed at the end of the time, you will get one star and every star increases the rewards. After completing a "campaign", you will get a few more. You can also send generals to do tasks, which give you some free money, medals and flowers after 6 hours and work exactly like the ones from WC4.

It looks like the French challenge map is easier than the Egypt one. I have 3 stars on every French mission but am stuck in the Egypt one.

It looks like the French challenge map is easier than the Egypt one. I have 3 stars on every French mission but am stuck in the Egypt one. Which one? Battle of Abu Qir, second to last one. I also have gotten only two stars on some of the previous missions, which I'm fine with as two stars gives the full 40 medals.
