Hey guys...you do realize there's an NAP between Russia and the Axis until June 1941, right? I'd go invade Norway or Netherlands instead because none of this Russian invasion makes sense. PLEASE PLEASE GUYS! THERE ARE NON AGGRESSION PACT BETWEEN THE SOVIET UNION AND AXIS! |

Yes, Finland is the only one who could attack Soviet Union in 1940, as they had Winter War. And Soviet annexed Bessarabia, not attacked it. But if this event caused war between Romania and Soviet, only Romania could attack Soviet. |

Turn 1 USSR nukes all axis troops(exclude Finland) on its ground due to violation of Molotov-Ribbentrop Non-Aggression Pact (jk) but u guys screwed up meh

Yeah, once June 1941 rolls around, then move in.
Here's a new decision for Romania to clear things up:
Bessarabia or War!
-Romania can choose to either go to war with Russia for control over Bessarabia or peacefully give up the region
-If Romania goes to war, they will fight by themselves without the aid of Germany, Hungary, etc.
-If Romania peacefully lets the Russians move into Bessarabia, the Romanians will gain a morale boost against Russia when Barbarrossa begins.

Bulgaria will be exactly the same just that I'm building a fortress line at the Romanian border to Russia.

3 elite armies (1 Bulgarian, 2 Romanian), two fortress lines at the border.
Come get me Russia.
The second elite Bulgarian army is in Greece.
