How about historical approach, attacking Dutch Indonesia? I'm not forcing you, and you could still take Goa if you want.

The British can attack because Goa is somewhat NEAR(I too know where it is) India and I have and army totally unused in India, I will attack if you get Goa.
Get Andaman if you really want an island, but that too is mine.

Bulgaria
1) I attack the rest of Greece. Normally 10 needed but thanks to events I only need 9 vT|rem|H...really? 2/3) Build battleship (2 battleships,1 destroyer) 4) Together with Romanian troops I attack Sewastopol. I need at least a 6 to win (navy + elite armies). Since these are 2 countries attacking I'll do the dice rolling with Romania. 5) Since I just captured Sewastopol and defeated SU's army I'm attacking the rest of Crimea with Romania together. I need at least a 7 since our techs cancel each other out (Romanian and Bulgarian tech vs. Russian)
Pushed back to Sewastopol···

Bulgarian army is annihilated in Greece (Lannes rolled twice a 2 and I defeated him with a twelve so really annihilated).
Yugoslavian Turns:
1) Groups of organized rebels and Greek soldiers attack Bulgarian forces weakening their position in Yugoslavia. A 7 is required to equal A 8 is a bit weakened Bulgarian force etc.

Jean Lannes True but since Athens is the Greek capital it is an exception to the rule. And I used some turns last phase to weaken Bulgarian forces in the capital.
