The NAP rule was changed because it is a lot more fun to have countries that switch sides, but indeed I violated the attacking neutral countries thing. I won't do it again.

I see Russia is being rekt right now I'll fight back soon turn 1-2 build armies for attacks on Crimea and Leningrad i am back to fight turn 3 vuqDVyPzthe Russians attack the joint axis group in crimea with navy air and armed forces support along with spying but armies cancel out plus mountain terrain so 7 to win turn 4 due to loss of Leningrad once again the people attack along with the regular forces requiring a 7to win due to spying and more troops but city defense and navy turn 5 failed attack will attack again needing a 8 this time final result Leningrad is mine but the port in Crimea is not mine ;( ·····I thought build cost +1. Plus I have alot alot more navy know in that territory so in terms of naval power I win. And I would make a peace with António Salazar but I'm not surrendering since that would mean I'm completely theirs which isn't true. |

1. Italian forces are going withdrawing from the siege of Alexandria and Egypt due to the pressure of enemy and get closer to supply lines. On the way back to Libya they will have to take back El Alamein. The Free French are not as well trained as the elite Italian armies so will need a 6 to take El Alamein.

2.3.Construction of Fortress line. The fortress line is at the Libya-Egypt boarder and contains a network of bunkers,trenches, and AT guns from the Germans so will be difficult to penetrate.

Let me clear up some things:
-Japan and Allies keep their NAP this year.
-USSR and Axis can keep their NAP, however this NAP can be violated.
-Netherlands have to chose between a NAP that can be violated at any time or taking sides with the Allies
-Germany now has 1 elite army in Africa
Events:
-Building errors: A build costs 1 turn extra
-Large invasion +1 attack
-ATTACK YOUR OPPONENT. DO NOT BUILD BE BRAVE AND ATTACK.
-Technology gap remains. all technologies +1 turn.
Killing spree: 2-7 = no loss. 8 and 9= 1 army loss. 10 and 11= 2 armies loss. 12= 3 armies loss.
1 Killing spree in Southern-Netherlands. Germany attacks soldiers.

Volunteers spree: Goes the same as the killing spree but this time no armies are killed but built.

The build that cost an extra was for an event for the last phrase.
This a new phrase so the event should not be in effect anymore.
