So as we know they use OpenGL 3.0/3.1 for their latest games, so that automatically means Android 5& above and GPU with OpenGL 3.0/3.1 support basically it means that all mediocre devices released in last 3 years or better to reference HTC one M7 probably is the optimum for requirements, and it was released in 2013 from what we know if device was wc4 capable then it is ew6 capable
