I completed the 2nd campaign without spending on IAPs but it would make it easier I believed. I think the only one worth buying might be napoleon. From experience Calvary and infantry needs to be upgraded or they will die quick, generals or not. Also most of the time, there will be no way you will be stacking Calvary since they cost a bomb (110 Gold) to build. As for infantry, there is a wide range in military school. That can generate extra views. I understand it's too much of a pain to do it for longer videos though. Takes too much time editing. Even if it's in Russian though it might still be useful to English/international players if he adds graphics or symboles to his videos. Like GFX with a thumb up/down, or an obvious rating Rating=8/10 or something similar. Also even if it's done in the description of the video (rather than the video itself) it can encourage non-Russian viewers to take a quick look at his channel. Long ago I used to watch his Russian videos on some of the harder EW4 campaigns, I didn't understand what he was saying but that didnt matter because I could still easily see what and how he was doing it  |

I would get Blucher or Napoleon. I believe Wellesley can be skipped and replaced by generals in the shop.
Wellesley 28% attack and 14% defense bonus can be matched by generals in the shop by Bismarck and Karl.
In the shop Devout's base attack bonus is 26% and is still behind the 29% attack bonus Blucher has
Napoleon's 30% attack bonus is great and the closest in the shop is Kutuzov with 24% attack bonus
The tittle will increase their attack and defense bonus. The best generals in the shop start on Count tittle and so do the IAP generals. So ultimately in the end I see Blucher and Napoleon having the best value as they are unmatched by the generals in the shop in attack bonus.

I have bought all three, and with the extra Medals that came with the units i bought an Ambulance (+30 HP per round) and a Tent (+10 HP per round) I think are their stats. Generally speaking I have made a Temple and leave my Napoleon Artillery units on this, Wellesley and Blucher Have the items above and they circle around the enemies spammed units to attack their base from the side or rear.
That's all i have spent on IAP (although that wasn't cheap really) and im on 3rd Campaign (French Eagle) and doing it quite easily. I cant win a Conquest yet though, but from memory of EW5 and EW4 that took me time and i think i need to upgrade their abilities before i can win those (or just upgrade general unit abilities).
I would be very keen to see a list of all available items in the shop if anyone knows this? (it's why i'm combing through the forum)

Rumor has it all 3 IAP generals will get a slight stat boost soon, making them more worthy of a purchase.
