So it looks like the top tier regular items like offense/defense are at the 250 medals mark.
There is a nice regen ambulance (30 hps/round) an upgrade to the tent item for like 580 medals. I haven't any speed boost items yet though I hope these are in game.
I really like the change in the refresh timer too, it's now 5 min instead of the old 24 hours of EW4.

Can we earn silver badge? Or we can only trade it for medals as I see now... I think Silver badge or Crown Badge depend on side you choose when doing conquest. Anti France gives you Crown and French Coalition gives you Silver. Just my guess. |

Worth mentioning is that most of the good store items can only be bought once, so if we want an additional item with the same effect we have to settle for the lesser version. Yes andrei below is Sardinia conquest reward, 3 crown badges and 2 silver medal so it would cost 1000 medals to buy these at the store. I have like 19 silver medals now all from farming that conquest over and over.  |

As I understand it is the reward for playing France team. |

andrei, oops, you are right I am confusing badges and medals  So then both can be bought from the store but the price is so high it's way better to try to get them as a reward from conquests. stoic,European War 4 has always been my favorite and EW6 is fairly similar to it.

What equipment can you actually put in the first unlocked equipment slot, the one on the left? For those slots you can put medals. Medals increase the effect of certain general skills. You get medals by winning conquest which give you badges to exchange for the medals |
