But plenty of better generals, such as Garibaldi or Bolivar that can do his job. Furthermore, his damage is good, but not great. Louise, Garibaldi, Bolivar, Massena, or Milos are better. |

One of the three heroes of Prussia 1798, the other ones being Blucher and Ludwig. He and Ludwig are an incredible team because they're both marshals and good siegers during that conquest.
Oh, fine. He's not recommended, just get Garibaldi. I'd rate him 3 stars if he wasn't so amazingly useful during that conquest. The same goes for Ludwig.
3 (base) + 2 (bias) = 5 stars.
