Nobody seems to be talking about this guy. His skills are almost identical to Göring and he is alot faster. The only weakness of him is his rank, he's a general (230HP) while Göring is a (Reichs)Marshall (280HP).

I was considering him, Nagano, Dowding, and Goering for my first air general. I ended up bought Goering because... he is Hermann Goering who was the last commander of Jagdgeschwader 1.
But, utility-wise, I like this guy or Yamamoto as an air general more because they run faster and combat capability is not relevant for me since I am not using air general for combat.

Goering has 3 stars in infantry, making him a great option for moving between cities and defending them.

Arnold can only be an air general, but Goring sometimes can be an infantry general, for example, in challenge. But for the second air general, if on land only, and you want him on commando, that's fine, Yamamoto will run as fast as him on motorized infantry though.
