how to replace and add army unit?WC3

1. replace unit whether only in army_panzer.webp file?

2. add units with new files for example:

    b4.bin

    b4.png

    b4.xml

then what if i add b4 unit in conquest? do i have to add also in stringtable_en.ini?

I am beginner so please teach me
