There's a new European internet law that's coming into effect on Friday and a lot of websites are updating their privacy policies to meet it. Last couple of days I gotton a lot of emails from sites I use informing me about updates to their privacy policy.

Yeap it's all over the net, EU GDPR privacy law going into effect Friday.
Proboards is doing its part to be in compliance.

Incidentally this is what caused several temporary glitches in the system,PB had to mass mail millions of users all at once, I guess that was a strain on their servers.
