this will hopefully be my last guest entry here for i have applied for an account in the forum, just waiting for the admins to accept it. In the meantime what is your opinion on the new conquest? i for my part have summed up my thoughts in this video of mine. generally i think they didn't make a too bad job by implementing a unit cap (or tax cut) so unites won't be spammed by the AI or the same mapping System as used in WC4, but i don't like that it's only beatable by using IAP Gens or a few countrys like russia or the ottomans (at least in the begging). Also don't like to promote my Chanel too much but somehow have to get the attention in the beginning to get the discussions started.  |

I agree with your option of Russia and Ottoman being good for 1798 conquest. I started doing Russia 1798 and I been doing well, defeating Poland and now invading France with my allies. Ottomans also don't enter till turn 15 so we can ignore the Ottomans for awhile. The advantage of having Russia/Ottoman enter 15 turns early does sound quite significant

Juljas we are happy to have you as a guest and of course even happier as a full member  There are dozens of Youtubers in EFC so make yourself at home you have good company! I can add you to the Youtuber group just send me a note from your registered account. You can also add a youtube link in your profile. Usually it's not an issue unless there are highly controversial topics in the channel or something like that. I don't have the game yet so my comment is just general in nature: Easytech has a long history of making great games that appear to be very difficult at first when players just start the game but then after a while everything is much easier with better generals,items and more in depth knowledge of game mechanics. |

yay i got my account Saltin, best75, thank you for your hospitality  Saltin, sure here is my official account and i'd gladly join the youtuber group  little newbie question: how do i add my youtube link to the profile? xD + do you play on android or have little time or why don't you have it yet? best75, yes i just won my first conquest with the ottomans by rushing the HRE and then picking a part the russians and prussians (brits were defeated by my allies) -> so i'd say they might be the easiest pick. do any of you guys have an idea of which 1 star or 2 star countrys are easy? i have started some conquests with different countrys and alyways failed miserably... |

Go to profile, and then press on edit profile. Then browse to personal settings (if on mobile there's a picker above your username). As for 1/2 star countries I would pick a country at the edge of the map as these are usually easier. Perhaps Spain? Portugal shouldn't be an issue and you're relatively far away from the battlefield as France is your ally. However so far it seems to me the red side does have a small edge, so maybe Portugal could be another good pick, but that one is close to France. |

I would try Naples. You can focus on Italy at the start and than attack southern France. |
