Anybody know what supplies do? Do I need to upgrade them? It gives you more health in cities which you can see at the top left when clicking on a city. |

do you mean on generals or in hq?
on generals:
it gives you 4*lvl of the skill amount of healt per round. so if your general got lvl 3 supply you automatically gain 12 health each rounds. this dont depend on where your standing
in hq:
troops gain more healt automatically in cities. the amount of health you gain depends on the supply-tech in the hq. if you upgrade this tech, you gain more health on cities.

I think for the Supply skill, it's 2 x level of the skill. So a general with level 3 Supply skill will regen 6 health when not in a city. |
