If I wanted a city fighter, I would have gotten MacMahon. Also Kutuzov has city fighting, but I do not like Kutuzov whatsoever. Buying Kutuzov makes sense to an extent. He is easy to use and he has almost always guaranteed bonuses. However, there are many generals better than him who aren’t going to get hired. |

Good general, but for his price range you can get Alexander I who is end-game material. Still not bad at all. 4 stars.
