A good general, with nice skills. But he is very expensive, and arguably inferior to Mahmud II. Nevertheless, there is space for him in the final lineup. However, his core weakness is the fact that he lacks the crit skill, and explosives is useless. A tid bit overrated, as Scharnhorst is a cheap replacement.
Recommended in end game, along with Alexander.

Literally the nuke of EW6. He just one shot a tier 6 London city fortification that has 75% of its health remaining.

how is dearborne compared to these guys? You don’t need him. Sure he is good, but is not a candidate for end game. You want Alexander, Mahmud II, and optionally John/Kutuzov/Scharnhorst. You just don’t need him as he isn’t a top candidate. |

Looking back on it I do think Kutuzov was kinda overrated. Reason being his only useful skills are salvo and plain fighting while other useful artillery generals have a higher number of more useful skills. Pretty sure what attracted me to buying him was him being a golden general.
