General skills
Skills that can activate no matter which unit type is being commanded.
-Terrain Fighting: Increases the attack when fighting in a specific terrain.
-Inspiration: Gives a chance to increase the morale after attacking.
-Counterattack: Increases the damage dealt when retaliating.
-Alert: Decreases damage when attacked from a unit from atleast 2 tiles away (for example by ships or artillery).
-Tactic Master: Gives the general a chance to attack a second time in the same turn.
-Cover: Gives a chance of reducing damage when commanding a ground unit.
-Sailor: increases attack when attacking from sea.
