I started by attacking Poland, which gave me a better position to send reinforcements to west, also I sent some units to south to face turks when they became active, this is the current situation as of turns 20 and 28

This one was easy, no generals, no princesses and no tech, I didn't even try to play tactically, I simply played and looked where my support/resources or offensive was necessary, allies in central Europe are bad, but the Sweden and England are doing well...
You can see what I did in screenshots:

P.S. 54 is definitely possible with this setting and I'd bet I could get it in low 40ties if I really tried...
