In 1812 the US declared war on Brittain because the US wanted to keep trading with France among others, while Brittain did not approve of this (this war is called "The war of 1812"). I think this campaign will be set in northern America and will be fought between the US (and their indian allies), Brittain and the Brittish colonies in northern America (similar to the 1812 conquest of EW4).
