I just did a Russia conquest and it was very easy. I didn’t even do any of the work on the western front, all I really did was send everything I had at the Ottomans and their whole team crumbled like a cracker.
I’m sorry I can’t show any photos but in one screenshot I took, you can see that Prussia Sweden and the HRE took all of France Spain and Italy without any help from me. They even helped me in Turkey. So basically if you stop the HRE from dying to the Ottomans, you win, they can steamroll Europe on their own.
I only started sending units west around turn 45 and the conquest finished around 65. Russia is definitely the easiest country to play conquest as in 17. If you wanna do this faster, start sending aid before they steamroll everything and you’ll be fine.
By the way I only used the American Campaign generals and Napoleon III as my generals in this.
