I just did a Russia conquest and it was very easy. I didn’t even do any of the work on the western front, all I really did was send everything I had at the Ottomans and their whole team crumbled like a cracker. I’m sorry I can’t show any photos but in one screenshot I took, you can see that Prussia Sweden and the HRE took all of France Spain and Italy without any help from me. They even helped me in Turkey. So basically if you stop the HRE from dying to the Ottomans, you win, they can steamroll Europe on their own. I only started sending units west around turn 45 and the conquest finished around 65. Russia is definitely the easiest country to play conquest as in 17. If you wanna do this faster, start sending aid before they steamroll everything and you’ll be fine. By the way I only used the American Campaign generals and Napoleon III as my generals in this.

Yeah Russia is a popular pick for that conquest since it is powerful and isolated and so has plenty of time to prepare for war.
Right strategy and tactic wins the day! It's possible Easytech will fine tune and balance some of these conquests (either harder or easier) in the future, this is still a fairly new release.
Oh and you need help on how to post screenshots? It's not too difficult once you have done it a couple times.

Naples is pretty easy, just give Prussia and Russia a little bit of resources on turn 1 when it's cheap to get them started early, and your allies will dominate. I also have resources to Sardinia. British Navy weakened Rome and let me capture it and I took some Ottoman cities that Russia had weakened. Then you just follow your allies through France and Spain, there should a massive wave of Coalition units to help you.

Sweden definitely has the biggest resistance at the beginning...
