Seriously No one is interesting to tech us (newbie mod makers) about World conquer 4 modding?

I need to learn these stuff

1. How to add units in Conquest.
2. How to add city in conquest.
3. How to make a country.

The things i know.

1. I can teach how to edit Generals or Add generals in conquest or anywhere.
2. How to edit medals skill, achievement, Units attack def hp, General skills medals in fact everything about generals.
3. How to edit a city.
4. How to edit a unit.
5. And all .json files.

I will whoever needs help on this topic. i m asking to all pro modder to help me out.
