In case any of the players is not familiar with this, the auto-play feature is present in EW6 just as it was in previous games.
What is auto play for? It automates the process of playing. The AI will play for you against the other AI's so for example in [Conquest mode] if you feel your game is already won and you are in the mopping up phase then you can try to automate the rest of the game while you go watch a movie or make a sandwich or what ever else.
Does auto-play win every time? No, it's decent but it isn't super reliable, YMMV.
Is auto-play fast? No, it's automatic but not fast. Manual player mode is faster because you can skip countries but the AI won't, it will play all countries and all units, one by one, also it will do some extra redundant stuff that humans won't bother doing .
How do you start the Auto game?
Easy just click the pause looking button at the top right and turn the auto to ON. Once you click the X to close the mini window,autoplay starts.
Word of Caution: Some players have reported phone battery problems when using auto-play for extended periods of time. It is not recommended to do the autoplay with a completely unattended device. Check your phone/tablet now and then for any sign of problems like excessive heat or sluggishness.
