Has anyone done a thread or guide on the optimal way to get refreshes?
It seems to me that playing campaigns is quicker for refreshes than conquest, although I suspect that's probably just because of all the troop movements without combat that are involved in conquests, so I was wondering if there is a recommended campaign(s) or something?
