How do you exchange for the equipment medals?
Also is there a way to rank up generals without spending medals?

In the conquest screen it's the button on the bottom left that shows a picture of a medal. Its below the red button. I didn't see it till I beat my first conquest so I think it only becomes available after you beat a conquest. I haven't seen any other way to rank up generals military rank so I believe using medals is the only way.  |

No I'm pretty sure it's always visible, I believe I was looking at it when I first got the game.

No I'm pretty sure it's always visible, I believe I was looking at it when I first got the game. oh, It must have been the scroll button that was missing till I done my first conquest. Before I done my first conquest I only remember seeing 2 buttons in the bottom left |
