I have the starting American and Canadian generals, plus Napoleon and Bismarck. Should I save up for someone else or get the 40% of Lannes?

I have a similar setup to you and I feel it is important to have at least 1 cavalry general so I'm going for Bagration instead.

I’d get Lannes, but if you can afford it, definitely get Kutuzov. No one else, he is a god.
