I started this game with 3 IAP gens and the first general bought by medal is Nelson. Now i have to choose the first land general for my team and I decide to buy Inf gen first. But I still consider who should i buy, Washington or Bismark. IMO, Bismark has best skill set up and best ability in same rank in comparison to other Inf gens but the highest title only King, that makes him a bit weaker than Washington. Washington has best ability, highest title and the skills also very good, just not as versatile as Bismark. Please give me your opinion, who is the really best infantry ^^!

I'd take Bismarck. He's going to be your backup infantry general since you have Wellesley so it'll be very time consuming training him.

As for me, - no rush decisions. Upgrade your Wellington, give him different medals and items and see what is really effective and what only seems to be effective. After that you can make a final decision with certainty, without any guesswork...

And I can farm exp really quick in Conquest farming, so ignore it's time consuming or not ^^! I just wonder 8 point ability + 10% critical strike or 20 pts when attacking city, which is better ^^!

Washington has better skills imo. More damage to cities is good of course but not enough to take cities fast with infantry only anyway. I'll take Washington.

Having 8 more battle ability I believe gives him a 2% extra damage more than Bismarck. With his critical strike ability I do think Washington is better than Bismarck by just that little bit when they are both fully upgraded.
For myself I am still probably going to get Bismarck over Washington. Initially I think Bismarck is the better deal and in the endgame the difference between them will be marginal.

Bismarck's city damage ability will only be useful on Grenadiers or infantry like the Old Guard that deal extra damage to cities.

As xerexes wrote "For those who are thinking of choosing someone with max rank of emperor, just know that the difference between someone with max rank King and max rank Emperor is 10 battle ability.
