Yep. 4/6 of the best cavalry skills in the game, the other two being edge and riding master. But I’d argue blucher is still a bit better. He trades manuever and surprise for counterattack and edge. You can leave him in a city and he will be an amazing defender. He is also better at taking out infantry, which is the most spammed unit in the game. I guess it's playstyle then. I use cavalry to get to places really really fast, so I'm almost always moving as far as I can. The difference is minimal though, so they're pretty much identical in the grand scheme of things. But I gotta say, I prefer Bluchers hat and moustache. When you have three aura buffers, sometimes you can’t move that far and keep all of them together.

But there are certain situations where you have to attack a city and can’t move your general at all on the given turn, and situations were the ideal target such as a cannon or weak infantry general are only a hex away

Only if you're getting blocked in. I'm gonna try to beat dsongops 25 turn 1798 Warsaw run this week, wish me luck.

I’d say go through prussia turn 1 and send your cavalry / artillery to britain, and then send your infantry generals and every other unit you can spam to the st. Petersburg area.

I got massena to major general and gave him the Ferguson rifle and upgraded some of his skills. I'll do Netherlands 1798 till I get Murat.

Got my murat, where should I concentrate first? His rank or skill? And if skill what specific skill? Thank you I'd prioritize his skills. All his skills are great with the exception of Maneuver, but you should probably upgrade Cavalry commander to atleast lv4 first. Sooner or later you should max him out, but leave Maneuver at lv1. He doesn't really need rank upgrades right now, but you'll want him at M General later because that allows him to use 2 items instead of 1.

Question Does cavalry commanders only stacks with your teammates or does it affects you too?

It does stack with your teammates. But can you benefit from it or its just your allies. Does your general will also have the additional damage? Oh sorry, yeah, your general also gets boosted from it. This is why Blucher, Murat and Dabrowski have the highest damage output in the entire game.
