This is the 3rd mission in the Holy Roman Empire campaign. We and our allies have to hold 3 cities by the end of 20 turns. I managed 3 star using Kutuzov and the 4 free generals. At the start you have enough money to build another rocket artillery. Kutuzov and Jourdan on rocket artillery were particularly helpful with clearing the French units
Thoughout the mission I built lots of light artillery.
Let Bernadotte attack your infantry general at Munich and attack him back on your turn. With the city HP your infantry general will take much less damage. I rushed troops to finish off Bernadotte and than focused my efforts on retaking Prague and Nuremberg. Once these city were captured I gave priority to build militia in them. Once the situation improved I built riflemen in them. Focus on clearing the enemy units and pushing them back.
At Munich I built militia to hold the city and attacked the enemy artillery when they came close. Murat will attack Munich. I took out the other units attacking Munich first. Than leaves him attacking the unit in the city and the city HP by himself. When he dies the French will lose morale.
