I remember that in EW5 board this topic was quite popular, because there were many decent generals we could choose from. I'm very glad that EW6 is similar in this respect, and we have many good generals in EW6 as well. Therefore it is interesting, who is already in your teams and and who will be in your squads when time will come  . I personally decided to build my team around infantry Generals. Mine. I'm just a collector and want to make most balance team.  Hood may be my next target. Then Karl and Massena for Inf (Because of team buff), Davout for Cavalry and Scott or Mamuh II for Arti. Very long road to go.  |

I got Washington as my infantry general. Napoleon, Kutuzov, and Mahmud as my artillery generals.
I generally like to have one of each unit type so I will get Nelson for navy and Murat for cavalry. The main backbone of my lineup will be artillery.

I have Bolivar and Kutuzov holding down Infantry and Artillery. Saving for Davout but I'm questioning whether Moltke would be a better choice or maybe Washington.

Not sure on who I'd want but it's probably someone who can help me win HRE mission 2 & Russia mission 1.

Experience is very important in this game. Even if you will hire a good general right now, - you have to repeat easy missions anyway, because your generals need experience for being influential on the battlefield. Don't be afraid to make a mistake with your first (srcond etc.) general. They say in chess: "Bad plan is still better than no plan at all". |
