Who is better, Scharnhorst or Grouchy?
Does Sulkowsky worths buying?
Is Ushakov a good artillery-navy general?
And could you state your reasons?

Scharnhorst and Grouchy are quite equal. Scharnhorst has a bit more movement (I don't think Grouchy has the engineering skill). I think it's just a matter of who pops up first. Sophia is better than both of them though

As for Ushakov: If you want a good navy general why spend 700 medals? Kate is one of the best, if not the best naval general in the game. Is he a good buy? If you don't want Kate then I suppose so. 5* navy. Sidney is probably better though.

And finally for Sulkowski, I have never seen him before. Do you have a scenario where I can use him to see his skills or can you post a picture of him?

Ney and Golitsyn are better. They only cost a few more medals than Sulkowski. Would you rather spend 700-800 on a second-rate general or save 50-150 more medals to buy a top general?

You cab try him in 1809/Poland,he has 2 heavy cav. units. IIRC he has a golden cuirass as an item(?). I play as Prussia a lot because I can use 4 generals and get a lot of medals (130+ to 160+ on avg.) if the game doesn't crash.
