Is that HRE 1798? Where I can earn my first princess? And what is the best general that I can afford for about 650 medals? Say me please.

France or England, actually. 1798, still, but both are much easier starter nations than HRE and there are guides for them on this very forum. France gives you a ton of decent-great generals which can easily rush through most of Europe, while England gives you meh-decent generals but has access to all fronts. Generally, I prefer England for getting most European based princesses. America 1775 is easy enough for Kate, while also being my go-to for the Asian princesses. Generals? You don't really need one for the first few princesses, as a note. Nonetheless, you can't go wrong with Dumoriez or Kutaisov for tier one generals (the first category). Dum is great, in general, for a long while and can be used to train a replacement, later (in my case, I used him up until Lan, actually). Kut is the same, but can be used earlier for Sohpia or Isabela. Dobeln, Sulkowski, and Scharnhorst are good tier 2 generals. Scharnhorst is a great arty general and has arty training for Isabela or Sohpia, again. Sulkowski is a surprisingly great fort cracker and also has cav trainer, like Dum. Dobeln...well, I have a soft spot for him. Infantry generals aren't typically the best (as cavalry and arty are more important), but wow. This guy will hurt anything he touches. I generally ignore the third tier, because free-to-play.

France gives you a lot of high-powered generals and is ideally placed to blitz everyone not named Russia. You might need extra artillery, but that's all if your target is ~45-50 turns. I haven't done it with GB tho.

And Britian posseses a large army and navy plus "expeditionary forces" in the Mediterrian with Nelson at it's helm which turn everything into rubble and the economy is very good except the food for a short time plus it is protected by the water and there will not be any large attempts to invade the British isles, just one grenadier super early on.
