 When you gather a large army to take one city, actually took that city but then realised you have nowhere to go since the other enemy is at the opposite side of the map. |

When ET says the enemy's gonna run, they mean it... and there goes my 3*. I didn't have that problem tbh I could only send 1 inf unit to attack him at a time until I could break the enemy blockade/spam. Then, he ran off probably laughing at me if he could. |

 DENAMRK-NORWAY'S REVENGE! After getting destroyed by its rival, Sweden, the Danish-Norwegian forces withdrew to their isolated stronghold in Greenland. When the time was nigh to begin the final invasion of Britain, the Sultan of Egypt (me) decided to donate ~$500 per turn to the Danish-Norweigians. The Danish-Norweigians, unsatisfied with minor raids on Britain, gladly accepted the donation & rapidly built up a massive fleet. The preoccupied British will not know what hit them until it's too late... |

How did you get 178 population? When I played 1806 conquest the max population I had was 160. This was from a post-update version. At end game, I upgraded National Tech. I chose the upgrade that increase number of buildings & facilities a province can have. Then, I just built farms in whatever cities I had. That's how I found my population slowly increasing. |

Population seems to periodically increase by 2 or 4. I don't know what triggers it but I see in 1798 that my limit goes from 150 to 152, then to 156. Weird. |

It fluxates to some random numbers for me especially if I captured 15+ cities. |
