 Apparently your allies will take your cities. I owned both Rome and Cagliari (playing as Italy) and tried to research the next tier of tech only to find out I no longer have a capital. France swiped it from under me. I'm certain no enemies were nearby as Naples is pushed all the way back to one final city and the HRE is nowhere to be found. I just got karma when I was playing as the Netherlands and allies took my city as it was defenceless. Deserved it since I took Paris, Berlin, Warsaw, Vienna, London, St Petersburg, Moscow, Poznan and a bunch more cities from them during conquests. I doubt. Most likely it was taken by the enemies and retaken by the allies in its turn. Very often enemies are not close enough and You leave empty city but enemy uses Forced March tactic card and You lose it. |

In the last mission of the Italian campaign Bismarck threatens us when we take Dijon. But I decided to take another route to receive 3 stars and Dijon was actually my last target. And in this situation Bismarck's threats are a bit misplaced and really funny   |

There was a chance to repeat andrei's record (38 turns) but on 37-th turn in the last Russian town completely surrounded by Ottomans and Italians, Durova (instead of militia) was appearing out of nowhere  Therefore only 39 turns.  |

You repeated it Mine is also 39. But this city is a pain in the ... It ruined record for 37 for me several times. That's why I wasn't playing Netherlands recently. Now with upgraded movement maybe it's time to try it again P.S.: But it is only after I'll complete 1812 conquests |
