I have been there, believe me.
Eurasian Front: What you need to do is retreat from either Krakow or Warsaw and regroup (I would suggest Krakow). In Berlin and Warsaw, make field artillery, or if you have the funds, Howitzers. Then, when the heavy tank comes, annihilate it with the artillery. If you have problems, air superiority sometimes works. After that, move all your artillery to Minsk. When I did this, I recieved little resistance. After about 5 turns of wrecking Minsk, it should fall. Then, send your Howitzers to bully any troops in Moscow, while sending the field artillery towards Kyiv. Assuming you have already taken Donetsk, send medium tanks and motorized and/or mechanized infantry towards Kyiv. This will be relatively more defended, but it should still be relatively easy. After that, rebuild Krakow, Warsaw, Minsk, and Kyiv before marching on to Central Asia.
Spanish front: In Bordeaux, just spam medium tanks, or if you are low on funds, small tanks. The cruisers will not be enough to destroy the tanks each round, allowing you to pile up tanks on the border, effectively making a sea wall. This didn’t happen to me on my successful conquests, but it has happened on failing conquests. You could also try building coastal artillery. Make sure to send the occasional motorized infantry towards A. Coruna to help Spain.
English Channel: I always HATE invading Norway, the UK, and Greece, so I usually save them for the very end. If you have already taken out Norway, awesome. If you haven’t, that’s ok. Build tier 1 or 2 subs in the port next to Konigsberg, then take the Norwegian port to prevent spam. The British will send support (sometimes Mountbatten) , which will weaken the English Channel. I always build coastal artillery in the Channel to prevent subs and destroyers from occupying my ports. Then, when I get Tech level 7, I always have around 5K industrials, which I use to obliterate the UK.
From there, everything should be relatively easy. Missile the ROC and India, while sending a Howitzer and a motorized infantry into Siberia to take the tier I cities. Build nuclear plants in Cologne, Berlin, etc. or wherever you feel appropriate. Nukes and missiles are always needed to destroy Canada and the USA. Hope this helped!

I feel like the ai purposely makes it harder the better tech you have or the generals you have. My first conquest with no gens Japan lived for the full 100 or so turns it took me to get to asia, now Japan falls in 44ish turns.

I recommend Brunchminati with 0 generals and low technology upgrades. Btw, oofyeetusboi happy first post and welcome to the forum!

funding is not needed as not only it will waste your resources, japan wont benefit too. Besides if japan falls you can take it back later and have a better end game result. Germany is easy with many good generals in heavy tanks, so border defense is not needed as you push into russia easily without much resistance. Plus as germany working on both gaps of the maginot line is useful as we all know how incapable the italians are :] It might not be needed but it is beneficial. I've found not funding Japan results in their collapse which then causes my game to take longer.

Got S-rank with Germany. For me, it was way better than Italy because you start with much more generals, some of them being among the top in the game, and thus you don’t need to use any of your own generals. This means you will conquer the world faster and not lose points due to using generals. One of the game's easiest and most entertaining conquests.

Either you arrived too late or your allies messed up. Do you think 40 turns is too slow? They had no money but didn't even have troops defending. Very weird.

Normally, you arrive in the Asia-Pacific between turn 30 and 40. You can get there way earlier if your tech is from Cold-War, though.

Dude listen to me i have done this conquest with no gens no tech first shot S rank 60 turns. First you need to do is to transfer manstein to the eastern front asap the eastern front you HAVE TO maximze the dâmge dealt even with the cost of damageing units( dont step in mines tho) You find yourself capitulating Poland within 5 turns and then move your entire eastern army up north taking Leningrad and Riga in 8th turn (+ignore Denmark and Norway) if you fail to do this then restart, you failed cuz timoshenko and vatutin will spawm and deal masive damage. Then head straight for Moscow, ignore Minsk and Kiev. You sshould bring as much force as you can and surround the city litterally to get their moral 2 times down latest turn 18. It will fall then dont send anymore money to the east but to the west and if you play it right manstein guderian bock model is still ok. Then send them south to take Minsk Kiev and Stalingrad ASAP or they will spawn new gens there and slow you down, trade health for speed. then head to China to aid Japan ASAP through the fastest way. Meanwhile in the western front you should defend using as least as possible resources to take holland belgium by Meyer and Leeb then defend British backup landings by howitzer from afar defend cities by light inf try anyway to block them from landing even by paratroops. After the fall of Moscow you should build up some heavy tanks there and launch invasion of france after taking Kiev while keep on protecting cities and block Brits from landing. The invaion would be slow but you will win in the end. Then, start bombing London by strategic bombers in Paris by accumlating money for one bomb row in 1 turn then para troop it then block units from retake London by para trooping ảound the city as meat shields(this wil take about 3500$). The next turn immediately make tier 3 heavy tanks there until there is 6 of those in the British Isle then the Uk will fall quickly. Meanwhile in Asia after killing China head for India ASAP take New Dehli and Mumbai then split your forces:Bock and Model down south to finish of India and then head west for East Asia and Africa, the others( Manstein and Guderian ) go for South East Asia, take the Phillipines and indochian and Indonesia then kill Austrailia by Air power ( you have to preserve the 4 above tank gen no matter the cost by occasionally air strikes and support from the three inf gens. If you can take UK and China, India, Austrailia and Africa then the rest is a piece of cake cuz you have missles. Remember to trade health for speed in the east while still preserving tank gens and to defend in the west and then invade France after Mosow fall and with the help of tier 3 heavy tanks( redirect all your money to west after moscow falls before that all to the east) during that use some air strike if needed if it gets you faster. P/s keep an eye on the Denmark and Norway they could send troops towards you. P/s This could be long ( sorry ) but it might be the best chance for you to win if luck is on your side Goodluck!!!!

Thx Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr , and the good part is about this strategy is that you dont need to fund anybody (no gens no tech in 60 turns ranking S). Becuz when you reach Asia in turn 40 you can easily kill the Chinese then the Japs can defend themselves from the US. And you dont even need to invade Africa if not minimum help cuz after you kill the UK and France then Africa is pretty much defenceless and Italy + Spain wil launch a huge counterattack. Also you by then can easily take North America solely by Air Power and Missles Canada you dont need to build up armies to destroy the americans you have like 50 - 60 missles and $4000/turn by then.

Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr , Ja and i wouldnt reccommed you applying Bruchminati's strategy in the Germany series with 0 generals and low technology upgrades becuz game mechanics have changed a lot lot since then and he only got it done in a mere 90 turns and rank A, thus the russians and french were passive and NOW they even counterattack. Sure using that strategy will lead you to victory eventually but cannot get a S rank for you and i also notice that back then Rokkosovsky in Moscow was much weaker so hitting him with just Guderian like in the vid will be suicidal. My strategy guarantie Moscow in turn 12 - 13 becuz you basically attack + surround Moscow with the force of Guderian + Manstein + Bock + Keitel + Model + Student + Paulus. It may seem to be an overkill but after the assault you will find your 3 inf gens are dead and the 4 tank gens half damaged.
