To be clear:
I already have all of the above. One of each I share between two generals when heavier attacks are expected. But when the effect on the damage formula is little I could sell them to refund medals for a second +6 attack item instead.
My commanders all have 120HP / 10 regeneration. I’m at the end of Eastern Overlord.
