Would be a fun conquest challenge if you declared war on EVERYONE, including your allies at the start of the game. So I guess 1 star countries would be almost impossible and major countries such as Russia, France, or G.B. might have a chance. Trying it out.

G.B might have a chance at least not to die... just by building lots of forts and guarding coasts I guess it can survive

Ottoman Empire doesn't look too bad, since it's in a corner. I get it with France since you would be surrounded with enemies |

I get it with France since you would be surrounded with enemies Trust me, it's extremely hard with the Ottoman Empire as well. It may be on the corner but an amphibious assault coming from the South and other assaults from the Caucasus and the Black Sea make it impossible to win by round 50 or so. |

I didn't think anyone could win at all just by simply looking at how many generals you will be facing and the population cap will heavily restrict your ability to fight even if your income could support the defense against everyone. |

I didn't think anyone could win at all just by simply looking at how many generals you will be facing and the population cap will heavily restrict your ability to fight even if your income could support the defense against everyone. You need to put coastal defenses and concentrate in counter attacking often. If you push North through the Caucasus and use your navy to block the Ionian/Adriatic Sea. Your Infantry can hold your border on the Balkans and if you capture the nameless city that borders Venice you can push the Italian Peninsula with a few rounds. Focus in building artillery and overwhelming your enemies with Line Infantry(I've noticed militia is a waste of money in the all war challenge). If you have good infantry generals use these to attack enemy artillery. Use your navy to neutralise enemy ports and block the Mediterranean. It is also recommended to occupy enemy factories and stables as AI tends to spawn a lot of cavalry. I failed around round 80 as I left the eastern border of the Balkans open, and Russian cavalry charged in. I might try it again, if so, I'll get the screenshots. |

And this should only work in 1798, since in 1806 you have this headache here:  Red: Immediate danger Orange: Dangerous Yellow: Moderately dangerous Green: It will take very long to come down as a menace  (sorry for drawing skills) |

I have completed a large campaign of conquering every nation in 1798 as France and it was difficult when I declared war only when I felt comftorable and that only one nation by one, not on everyone
