This was done moments after I saw the 1798 Netherlands Exploit in this website so I had recorded my first run on it. This was also before my spending bonanza in the store where I bought a ton of medals. Keep in mind that my version isn’t an auto one and that I manually manoeuvre the troops myself since I’m also aiming for my generals to earn experience points and not let them die easily.
Video in a nutshell: Round 1-20: Defending against Britain and getting your allies in the war part Round 20-40: Building an army for the invasion of Britain (Also making sure that they deployed Wellesley, Paget, Cotton and Codrington.) Round 40-50: Massive Invasion of Britain Round 50 onwards: Waiting for Russia to capitulate

Good illustration on how the conquest can be done and nice resolution on the video. Remembers though that major ships can fire from 2 hexes so usually it would makes more sense to move at that distance rather than fire from 1 hex away and be exposed to retaliation.
Also I wouldn't call this an exploit at all since you are conducting a legitimate regular conquest. The old Sardinia was considered an exploit because it involved irregular play that basically abused an AI bug (enemy units will not attack you) related to deleting units.
