en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sava_KovačevićSava Kovačević, an important commander in 2 of the 4 major battles in Yugoslavia in which he died in 1943. He is more famous on the Battle of Sutjetska than Netetva. He took personal command of armoes there and defeated the incomming German army I'd say 3 stars in Infantry, Mountain Fighting 2, Replacement 1 and Guerilla 3. Mountain Fighting because of the terrain in which he fought, mountainous bosnia, Replacement as it is the Yugoslav Partisans which gained support daily and so with new comerades to defend their homeland and Guerilla, because of the main tactic of the Partisans which used well Partian strategy aka Guerilla ones and it made enemy mobility difficult and occupation in general + Explosives 2, he has destroyed many bridges and limited German armour with Explosives, even though it does not have the same effect as the perk in-game it is still pleasent for the eye to see en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladimir_PerićCan just call him Valter as the public knows him. He was the defender od Sarajevo and I'd give him simmalar traits as the one before him except I'd add Rumor, switch Mountain with City. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arso_JovanovićReplacement 4, Guerilla 4 , Infantry 4, I cannot talk much more about the rest of the people listed because I am on phone and its a bit late en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vicko_Krstulović3 naval Stars, 3 Infantry, Replacement 2 Guerilla 3 and Explosives 1 Just copied it from a different post of mine on this forum.

Alexander Lohr: L. General.
2 Infantry Stars (5 if upgraded) 1 Tank Star 0 Artillery Stars 0 Naval Stars 4 Air force Stars (6 if upgraded) 2 Movement Stars (3 if upgraded)
3 Skills (5 Skill slot capacity): Air force Leader lvl. 2 Carpet Bombing lvl. 1 Explosives lvl. 2
Context: Alexander Lohr was an Austrian Air force commander prior to the German annexation of Austria. After the Anschluss, he was assigned as a Luftwaffe Commander, and was the commander of the 4th Air Fleet. This was the same fleet that carried out the bombings of Warsaw and Belgrade, and Lohr was the one who suggested the use of firebombing on key cultural sections of Belgrade. Prior to he interwar period, he was a platoon commander of a pioneer company under the service of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and after 1941 he was appointed as the commander of the 12th army.
His deeds, regardless of whether they are good or bad, are reflected in his stats. Obviously Lohr will function best from cities or carriers, but would also do reasonably well on the frontlines with infantry if one chooses to do so, however he will underperform if compared to Rundstedt or MacArthur obviously. A solid mid-range/upper-range general for Air force duties, placing him above Kesselring in my opinion while not making him overly powerful.
