But Sikorski don't command at ww2. Smigly don't like to choose him. When Germany raid on Poland he emigrate to Romania, and create Polish Parlament on Emigration. (On great patriotic war mod discussion I post great Polish generals. Not all, but some.)

King Zogu I of the Albanians,Yes, it is possible to add him, but for me there is no historical mapping. In a sense, nothing is famous and you can not give him advantages like Ze Dong. But the roles do not overlap anyway. If they were to cover it, Mościcki should be added. He was the President of Poland.

Context:
Heinrich Himmler was not a great commander nor a glorious leader, and was close to Hitler and led the Waffen-SS. The stats reflect his stature as a man of considerable rank, while lacking potential in military duties. The first skill demonstrates either his ability to motivate groups of men, either through inspiration or fear, (depending on who you want your Himmler to be). Himmler also conducted experiments on those held in concentration camps, and his second skill is meant to reflect these experiments, (whether for advancement of medicine, body augments, etc, it's technology or close enough).
